When Chevrolet's passenger car program was still clear and versatile

Chevrolet-Programm Baujahr 1963

In 1963, car manufacturers still had comparatively small passenger car programs, even the really big ones like Chevrolet. There were four cars in the range, namely the Corvette (C2), the Chevy II, the Corvair and the Impala. However, there were a whole range of variants of the individual models.

What is also interesting about this factory photo is that you can see the (apparently small) lady standing on the Impala, so to speak. No car manufacturer would send out a press photo like this today, especially not since the last IAA, when car opponents stood on the roof of new cars.

P.S. Today, the Chevrolet passenger car program is also quite clear again, but that has other reasons ...
