By chance, I came across a Swiss television documentary from the sixties that ironically deals with the traffic situation in the sixties, when there were still no freeways but the density of vehicles was already high.
Just watch it and smile. And celebrate a reunion with Renault Dauphine, Opel Rekord, Ford Taunus, Humpback Volvo, DKW 3=6, Fiat 1800 and VW Beetle ...
However, some scenes almost make your blood run cold, for example when drivers in underpowered vehicles start overtaking even though oncoming traffic is already approaching ...
