Tone pattern on intermediate throttle
04/13/2012
We at Zwischengas are fans of historical soundscapes, especially when the rattling or roaring of old automobiles plays a role, regardless of whether it is a well-behaved four-cylinder or a hot-blooded twelve-cylinder. We have therefore been collecting sound samples of various vehicles since the beginning, and most of our driving reports also contain an example of what the vehicle in question sounds like.
Now we have made it easier to listen to these sound samples! Anyone who sees a sound sample can click on the triangular arrow symbol at any time and the sound track will start playing immediately.
When "viewing" a single sound sample, a time graphic is also displayed, showing how much of the sound sample has already passed.
The sound sample can also be listened to directly in search results by clicking on the arrow.
If you want to "listen around", you can find a collection of previously saved sound samples on Zwischengas.
Listen again to how a VW Beetle once sounded or how to start a Mercedes W 154 and an Auto Union Type D , it's fun!
