Technology to see and understand
12/09/2018
Classic car shows, especially regional ones, are often criticized for offering too little for the money or for being purely a sales show. This certainly does not apply to Retro Classics Bavaria. Of course, Nuremberg cars (and many other things) are also on offer, but there are also some things on display that you don't get to see at other classic car events or museums in this way.
Let's take just one example, namely the BMW Isetta Club stand. There was not only the well-known Isetta on display, but also a completely restored chassis without bodywork. This reveals the technology of the small cabin scooter, so to speak, and the visitor can take a look at the innards of the little ball without haste or hurry. And if they ask, they are sure to get explanations and stories about the successful small car from the club members who put a lot of effort and passion into preparing and setting up the stand. Classic car fairs (and the clubs) make it possible!
Incidentally, Retro Classics Bavaria is still open until this evening (December 9, 2018). So there's still time for a spontaneous visit.
We will publish a comprehensive report in the form of a review as soon as possible.
