Three special items under the virtual hammer

Catawiki, the Dutch online auction company with a global audience, currently has an interesting car on its platform: a 1955 Colani GT.
The self-proclaimed design genius Luigi Colani always attracted attention with his opulently shaped creations, which spanned almost all branches of industry. The racing slipper that Colanishowed in 1971 based on a Lamborghini Miura was a sensational creation and the 1955 Colani GT offered by Catawiki is no less so. The kit car based on a Beetle chassis comes with French registration, has been completely restored and has been diligently documented. For a Colani fan, hardly anything better could happen, so it probably won't stay at the observed 9000 euros.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia from 1964, one of the oldest that still exists, also looks interesting. The 1.3-liter seems to be in good condition and the 6500 euros currently on offer is certainly not the end of the road.
And then there's the 60s BMW Isetta 300, restored a few years ago, which will have to be resurrected after a long period of disuse, but at least for the 10,000 euros currently on offer, the white cabin scooter would be a bargain.
All offers can be found on Catawiki's current classic car auction .
