Almost like a Revell kit

Bonhams is usually very verbose when describing the cars it sells at auction. But the explanations of this Darracq M67 built in 1929 are very brief:
"Dismantled M67 chassis, engine, axles, steering box, brakes, rods etc. Sold strictly as viewed, a rewarding project or good source of spares."
The restoration project, which includes all four wheels and some of the technology of the once proud Darracq, will be auctioned on September 3, 2016 as part of the Beaulieu Sale.
The completed handicraft project might then look something like this:
Whether a bidder will be prepared to pay the estimated EUR 2300 to 4700 (CHF 2600 to 5100) in view of this task remains to be seen. It may also be possible to get the kit at a much lower price, as it is being offered without a minimum price.
