At the car inspection of the ADAC Trentino Classic 2013
Today (as we speak), the document handover and car inspection are taking place at the ADAC Trentino Classic, which we are following up close this year.
The center of this year's Trentino Classic is the town of Cavalese in South Tyrol. In a picturesque setting, the small town is the starting point for four carefully prepared drives, which will be completed over the next four days (including the prologue today) in the spirit of "classic car wandering" (without time pressure and measurement).
Before departure, however, the car inspection takes place, during which each vehicle is carefully inspected and, above all, checked for roadworthiness. A large team of ADAC and Dekra staff on site will expertly inspect every engine compartment and check the lights and horn to ensure that the next few days can be completed safely.
ADAC classic car expert Prof. Dr. Mario Theissen is also on site and looks at the classic cars with great interest and pleasure.
Once the car inspection has been completed, it's off to the prologue, which leads over 65 kilometers to the south of Cavalese. We will report on this.
