Classic car drivers cover just over 1700 km per year in their cars (question of the week)
Times are changing. Whereas the typical classic car driver owned one car 20 or 30 years ago, today there are often two or more. For this and other reasons, the mileage per vehicle seems to be decreasing, but is this true?
As part of a " question of the week" , we wanted to know from Zwischengas readers what distance they cover per car per year.
On average, the almost 300 respondents cover just over 1700 km per classic car per year, if you add up the individual answers. This is in line with more recent studies in the classic car sector. We will continue to verify this figure over the next few years.
It is interesting to note that more than half of the respondents drive less than 1500 km, while a minority, namely 4.3%, drive really long distances of over 5000 km.

We have already asked the next "question of the week" . This time we want to know whether there is an interest in trial/skill events for old cars in our part of the world.
