With some cars you immediately recognize the hand that created the lines, with others you think you know. Even people who don't spend all their time looking at old cars know that the Lamborghini Countach (pictured) was designed by Marcello Gandini.
Nevertheless, an astonishing number of designers have remained in the background. And it was only when vehicle histories were reappraised that their contribution was recognized.
We have (once again) put together some interesting and well-known cars from the 1960s to 1980s for a car connoisseur quiz and we want you to name the right designer from a selection of five suggestions. Would you like to give it a try?
