No, the drivers of the Triumph TR7 and the Sunbeam Imp didn't get the date wrong. The event "Oldtimer Sunday Morning Treffen Zug" simply did not take place last weekend due to the well-known "special situation". Nevertheless, the two pilots did not miss the opportunity to drive to Zug and set up their cars at the bull stables as usual.
But what a difference to the usual parade at the popular Sunday meeting in Zug (picture above).
In general, the current "slow opening" (or relaxation of the Corona measures) is of course of little help to the organizers of these large classic car meetings in particular, as there is still a great deal of uncertainty as to when events with hundreds of cars will be possible again. For classic/young car owners, enthusiasts and photographers, this is a sad story ...
