When it's time (car connoisseur quiz)
We quite often look at where the clock is mounted in our cars. Time is always a factor, either because we are expected somewhere at a certain time or because we want to know how much time has already passed. This is why car manufacturers were quick to install clocks in their vehicles and many a buyer ticked the timepiece off the list of extras. And while the technology behind the dials and displays changed, the design (or choice) of the clock always remained an important issue for designers and car developers.
The question is whether we can recognize a car by its standard clock. In the case of the picture above, you would probably have succeeded effortlessly. For our latest car connoisseur quiz, we have selected twelve pictures from our photo archive showing the standard clocks in various dashboards.
