Steinway meets Porsche
02/21/2020
On the occasion of the 4th Classic Talk, the spacious showroom of Porsche Classic Zurich was transformed into a concert hall.
The focus was on the two classic cars "Steinway" and "Porsche", which were connected by far more than their high-gloss black paintwork.
Massimiliano Di Gusto, Managing Director of Porsche Zurich, and Stefano Ginesi, Porsche Classic Manager, led the 100 or so enthusiastic Porsche and music lovers through the evening program with skill and familiarity, accompanied by music from "The Lutz Brothers".
As a duet with the Steinway grand piano and saxophone, "The Lutz Brothers" succeeded in staging various musical bridges via swing sounds to the Porsche models 356, 911, 917, 993 and Carrera GT and their sound backdrop.
When asked about his personal summary of the evening, a visibly delighted Stefano Ginesi said: "It was a wonderful evening among friends. The combination of 'Porsche' and 'Steinway' struck a chord with the audience."
And what's next? Ginesi said with a mischievous smile: "Wait and see, we still have a lot up our sleeves."
