Everyone's talking about the elections, but we're talking about the cars in Paris

It is one of the biggest historic racing events of all, the Tour Auto, which will once again start in Paris in 2017. From April 24 to 30, around 300 participating cars built during the time of the original Tour de France Automobile, from 1951 to 1973 to be precise, will drive over 2500 km from the French capital to Biarritz, competing on various race tracks and closed-off sections along the way.
Over 100,000 spectators are expected along the route, with 250 journalists and photographers following the event to report on it. Impressive!
Even the preparations in Paris are something special, because when do you get to see some of the most beautiful GT and sports cars of the 1960s and 1970s drive through Paris and then line up at the Grand Palais?
