150 newsletters - and what interests our readers most?
10/01/2013
This morning we sent out our 150th newsletter. And since we live in an online world, we can of course produce all kinds of statistics. One of these statistics shows which articles in the newsletter have generated the most interest among our readers so far.
Here are the most clicked articles:
- Dolder Classics auction at the Oldtimer Galerie Toffen 2013 - smiling sunshine and loose wallets
- Toffen no-limit auction - rarities for little money
- Cuore Sportivo, the man for very special cases
- The incredible story of three Lancia Flavia Coupés
- Goodwood Revival 2013 - just like Jim Clark 50 years ago
- Arosa Classic Car 2013 - racing cars between ibexes and champagne glasses
- Maserati Ghibli falls victim to a ghost driver ( Blog)
- Le Mans in the Lucerne region - sixth mountain stage Altbüron 2013
- Scrap can be so beautiful - sleeping Schlumpf museum rarities in Kassel
It's no surprise that auction reports rank highly. Who doesn't want to know what they've missed again? Who wouldn't want to have an indication of how much they could ask for their own car?
It is interesting to note that among the most-selected articles are three stories about unusual finds or exhibitions. And three of the top articles report on events.
The fact that there is not a single vehicle report in the top list can also be explained. Each brand appeals to a specific target group, not everyone wants to read about a Triumph Herald or a Maserati Bora. And that's a good thing.
The fact that the most popular articles are all from the last twelve months is due to our strong growth, as this means that our newsletter reaches more readers every week.
The above analysis is also not the absolute truth, as many Zwischengas users simply select the first interesting link in the newsletter and then go online to see what's new on the website. Many roads lead to Rome, even for us.
By the way, you can read all the old newsletters in the corresponding archive.
