Dream house from the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off for sale

Do you remember the movie "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", which was originally called "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"? It's about a young high school student who, pretending to be ill, takes a day off from school and drives to Chicago with his friend and his father's Ferrari 250 GT California to go on a nice trip with his girlfriend.
However, there is a problem. The Ferrari is parked in a local garage and the parking attendants working there have fun with the fast Italian, so that the speedometer shows many extra miles when Ferris picks up the car again. So the two boys jack up the Ferrari at home and try to turn the mileage back in reverse. As Ferris' colleague leans against the car, it falls off the jack and hurtles backwards through the glass wall of the house into the abyss.
Back then, a California cost around 500,000 francs (or DM 450,000), but of course a replica (based on an MG) was used for the crash scene. The house really existed and it is now for sale for USD 1.5 million. Incidentally, this makes the house considerably cheaper today than one of the 55 California Spiders built, as these are sometimes offered for almost ten times the price of the house.
