A picture is worth a thousand words, so they say. The photo above is a good example of this. A man stands at the barrier, behind him the Jaguar E-Type, which he admires, a dream on wheels.
The picture was taken in 1961 at the Paris Motor Show. A few months earlier, another historic photo was taken in Geneva, proudly showing Jaguar boss William Lyons at a press event with his new workhorse, the E-Type.
Two pictures, two stories, one car!
