Well, there have probably been larger gatherings of buggies. But the gathering at the Goodwood Revival was certainly one of the largest, especially as the UK with its typical weather is not exactly one of the best places to own and use a buggy.
One tends to imagine the sandy beaches of California as a more natural environment, which is where the buggy once came from.
But despite the damp weather, the British didn't miss the opportunity to drive their buggies around the Goodwood circuit in large numbers and show off their wonderfully unconventional beach vehicles.
