The 70s caravan
06/17/2023
Yesterday we were out and about on a very special mission. We had brought together a small field of seventies cars to document their diversity and colorfulness photographically.
A Peugeot 204, a Renault 12, a Mazda 323, a Toyota Corolla and a VW Passat took part, each in a different color. Together, this resulted in a truly colorful appearance.
And it was noticeable. Wherever we drove through, people's eyes followed us. And it was mostly smiling eyes that you could see.
The "parade" probably reminded some passers-by at the side of the road of their own childhood or their first car. It was a great pleasure and there's almost no better way to present mobile cultural assets, is there?
P.S. The photos were taken for the cover story of the next SwissClassics Revue 98-4/2023 and of course we will also be reporting on one or two cars in detail online.
