In April 1970, the magazine Auto Motor und Sport tried to predict future models from the major manufacturers. What succeeded fairly well with the VW K70, failed with the Ford Taunus.
The Opel Manta, which AMS announced as an Opel Coupé with 1.1 to 1.9-liter engines, matched the later production model remarkably well at the rear, while the front was not quite right.
Kuhnert was the name of the illustrator and the entire AMS 8/1970 magazineis of course listed in the Zwischengas media library .
