The Fiat 600 Multiplawas presented in 1956 and was one of the very first minivans. It could transport six people.
For VIP guests at the Mirafiori plant, however, the normal 600 Multipla was not classy enough, so a small series of special versions was created. These were somewhat larger and had a Plexiglas roof so that the important people could also be shown something. And each passenger also had their own ashtray!
Two of the five cars are said to have survived. They are certainly not super-elegant, but still impressively innovative for their year of birth, 1958. Today they are called 600 Mirafiori.
