An eye for the little things (car connoisseur quiz)
Almost every car - apart from the biggest visual bores - has a distinctive body detail that makes it unmistakable. The Lamborghini Miura has its long eyelashes around the headlights, the 1959 Cadillac its jet fighter tail lights. Even a seemingly simple boxcar like the Mercedes-Benz 230 GE is instantly recognizable by its pyramid truncated indicators.
Of course, a classic car enthusiast memorizes these things over the years - but often only subconsciously. That's why the first idea is often the right one when it comes to identifying a model by such details - and the longer you think about it, the more uncertain you become.
Of course, this is not meant to be an invitation to click wildly and rashly in our new car connoisseur quiz. But you shouldn't get too "cerebral" either. We have selected ten such vehicle details from our huge photo archive that we think we can use to recognize a car. Would you like to give it a try?
