The somewhat different movie cars

Today, Boris Vian hardly needs any introduction; after all (according to the Wikipedia entry), he is considered one of the most interesting artists of the French post-war period. But in 1946, when he submitted his early work "L'Écume des jours" for a literary prize, it was rejected and was not particularly successful in print at the time.
Nevertheless, the story, which is about love in a fantastic and imaginative world, was made into a film three times, in 2013 by Michel Gondry. And he also opted for unorthodox cars, such as the converted Peugeot 306 from 2012, which was given a completely new look by using the rear of the same type of car as the front.
A Peugeot 807 from 2003, which appeared in the 2003 racing driver film "Michel Vaillant" by Luc Bessson / Louis-Pascal Couvelaire, was less modified, but still featured prominently. However, the car was probably only noticed by very few moviegoers in the comic adaptation and the film did not shine either.
Today, both the Peugeot 306 and the Peugeot 807 can be bought at the Aguttes auction, with prices ranging from EUR 3500 to 6500 for the Peugeot 306 and EUR 7000 to 10,000 for the 807, which has only covered 300 km.
Both cars are part of the auction "L'aventure Peugeot Citroën DS - la Vente Officielle" , which starts on September 19, 2021 at 15:00.
