If you drive an older car that does not constantly adjust the temperature automatically, you will probably often turn, pull or push the controls of the heating and ventilation system. In fact, vehicles of the past always required adjustments if you didn't want to suddenly start sweating or freezing. For example, the heating effect also changes depending on the heat output of the engine. The corresponding switches and setting options are therefore all too familiar to drivers.
The only question is whether we can still remember them 30 or 50 years later. We put it to the test and have selected ten controls for the heating/ventilation system from the zwischengas photo archive.
