They are known as "bread-and-butter cars", the mass transportation vehicles of the fifties to seventies that people could afford. You saw them a lot (especially in the countries where they were manufactured) and they dominated road traffic.
Decades later, they are almost forgotten and you see them even less often than some Porsches or Ferraris. Would you have recognized the Simca Aronde (above)?
