Attention to detail

Anyone who attends a classic car show from time to time often has good reason to marvel at the enthusiasm and variety of ideas of the exhibitors. In Fribourg, where the classic car and parts market is currently welcoming classic car enthusiasts from Switzerland and nearby countries, Porsche restorer Tanner, for example, has dressed up a 356 Cabriolet in winter gear and put it on "snow" with skis, sledges and other accessories.
The Swiss Car Register's special exhibition on the Swiss racing car brand "Griffon", which is actually only known to connoisseurs of the subject, is also impressive. Urs Hauenstein has painstakingly put together informative posters describing the vehicles and their Palmares in detail.
And probably never before have five Griffons from different eras been presented together like this.
The list of lovingly presented stands could go on and on, but of course we'll save that for the detailed exhibition report, which will be published shortly.
