Parking in an unusual way

If the car simply won't fit into the gap, then in the past, solid arguments helped. The two men in the photo carefully heave the Citroën 2 CV into the gap, which is obviously too narrow for their driving skills.
This is not least thanks to the duck's low weight of less than 600 kg. But even then, the two men would probably have been overwhelmed if the French all-purpose vehicle hadn't helped. Thanks to the comparatively weak damping, the rear axle of the 2CV could be made to oscillate until the "moving umbrella" put on its wheels, so to speak. And after some back and forth rocking, the duck could actually be moved by two men. Of course, it was also important for the success that the bumper withstood the impact.
We do not recommend copying this with modern carriages!
