What do Zwischengas users actually want to read?
12/04/2012
Well, of course we wanted to know that too, so we asked our readers about their preferences. On the whole, the average reader is very satisfied with our mix of topics. But of course there is no such thing as an average reader, the individual characteristics are very individual! In general, sports cars are very popular, and the individual vehicle eras after the war are roughly balanced in terms of their fan base.
Technical articles are very popular with Zwischengas readers (e.g. how does a Solex carburetor work, the development of the windshield wiper), but reports on events are also appreciated.
In general, many Zwischengas users express a desire for reports on vehicle brands and types that are rarely or only neglected elsewhere. If you look at the specific wishes expressed by individual readers, you will find a wide variety of topics such as Pegaso, obscure vehicles of the past(our blog on the Hélica might have been a good fit), Ford Prefect, Lincoln Mark II (1956/1957), Austin A40 Somerset, Lenham, Wendler, Cisitalia, gas turbine vehicles, Piper GT, Lombardi Grand Prix, Elva-BMW 160 GT, Japanese/Chinese classic cars, Mathis, Grégoire, etc..
And this is just a small selection of the many hundreds of entries we have received. Of course, we will try to fulfill as many of the requests as possible, and we will also ponder the frequently asked question "what are the icons/classics of the future".
But in any case, we don't want to miss the opportunity to thank all those who have shared their opinions with us! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
