Ouch, the pitiful owner of the Borgward Isabella must have thought when he found his treasure under a tree. Was he insured? Probably not, because in the late fifties there was still no fully (or partially) comprehensive insurance mentality.
Well, the Isabella was probably still salvageable, because at first glance at least, the damage didn't look that bad.
And hopefully the beautiful Isabella could soon pose again in her former glory, as our second picture shows her.
