Wonderful illustrations in the sales brochure of the Riley 1 1/2 Litre from 1938
In 1936, Riley introduced the 1 1/2 Litre as the successor to the 12/4 models. Various body styles were offered, namely the Adelphi, 6-Light Kestrel, Touring Saloon and Lynx. A special feature was the automatic clutch in combination with the pre-selective gearbox, collectively known as the "Riley Pre-selectagear".
The lovingly drawn illustrations in the beautifully produced pre-war sales brochure are once again a feast for the eyes.
