Rally traffic jam with rarity value

What delighted the whole dwarf world last Saturday? Why did hundreds of them come out of their dwarf village to the roadside?
Aha, there were two rallies on the same route at the same time, from Kerns to Flüeli-Ranft, passing the dwarf village. The warm-up of the Mille Miglia had the stamp check directly in front of the huge dwarf village, which of course hindered the Swiss Classic World Rally a little and caused a traffic jam.
The weather was miserable and wet, which didn't bother the little ones with their red caps or all the drivers, as the warm-up participants were already used to much worse from the Oberalp Pass the day before with plenty of snowfall.
Nevertheless, the enthusiasm was once again unstoppable, whether for drivers, co-drivers or the entire dwarf world.
