Dual headlights have always been used by manufacturers of sporty cars to create a sporty look. Whether Maserati, Ferrari, BMW or Ford (e.g. the Capri), the two pairs of headlights signaled that someone was coming who might want to drive faster than the car in front.
Did this also work for this Fiat 500? And would the Porsche now following behind have given the Fiat a clear run for its twin headlights?
We dare to doubt it. This Fiat 500 with the four eyes is certainly unusual. We saw it at the classic car fair "Klassikwelt Bodensee", which opened yesterday. It's well worth a visit to Friedrichshafen, because there's a lot to see. We will of course be reporting on this soon.
