Optimistic for the classic car year 2023 (question of the week)
01/16/2023
A new year has begun, many things have changed in recent years due to corona, the war in the East, energy prices/scarcity, etc. How does this affect classic cars and youngtimers and their owners? We took the pulse of Zwischengas readers and asked the following " question of the week" : What will the classic car year 2023 be like?
The answers surprised us somewhat. In fact, almost 90 percent assume that the classic/young car year 2023 will be at least no worse than the last few years. 44.5 percent even believe that it will be good and better than the last few years, while 45.1 percent do not expect any significant changes.
Only 9.3 percent believe that the new year will be worse because, for example, interest in classic cars is waning or the general conditions are getting worse.
For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that 1.2 percent of the almost 350 survey participants did not find any of the answers suitable.
Graphically, the result looks like this:
We have already posed the next "question of the week" . Now we want to know whether or not we should recreate cars that have been lost or never built (but have been guessed at in plans).
