No, we don't want to celebrate winter aesthetics here, after all, winter is (hopefully) more or less over.
We noticed the little frog in the winter landscape on the occasion of the report on the Austin-Healey Sprite . And it doesn't look like a frog, although it clearly has the rear end of an early Sprite. This Austin-Healey, photographed in 1967, was therefore one of the converted cars that were given a plastic hood with a modern look by Emil Frey.
Today, everyone wants the classic frog-eye look and pays significantly more for it than for the successor models, whereas back then it was the other way around. That's how our aesthetic preferences change ...
