Spring awakening

The first drive in spring is always something special, especially if you have mainly been driving modern cars over the winter.
It makes you realize how differently the sports cars of yesteryear drove. No electric motor (apart from the starter) affects the driving pleasure, the hand changes gear positions almost directly via the gearshift, the steering requires muscle power. And then there's the engine and exhaust noise, unadulterated and composed without a sound engineer.
You don't even have to drive fast, 60 or 80 km/h is enough to put a grin on your face.
