Quite colorful - when originality doesn't matter

A BMW 325i Cabriolet from 1986 is currently up for sale on the German auction platform eBay . The open-top E30 has already become a sought-after classic, but the example on offer calls for a special fan. This is because the car has been extensively redesigned.
Body parts were modified, spoilers were fitted at the front and rear, the interior was refitted and different wheels were fitted. According to the advertisement, ABEs and certificates are available for all modifications.
As it stands, the BMW 325i is now certainly a one-off and one that stands out, both during the day and at night, where extensive lighting options provide the appropriate effects.
An enthusiast has certainly invested hundreds of hours and considerable sums of money, which are likely to significantly exceed the targeted retail price of EUR 18,500.
But that's just it. The question now is whether another enthusiast can be found who has a similar taste in colors and shapes.
And we would also like to know something else. If the conversions are also 30 years old one day, will the car be given an H license plate? Or is that already possible today? At least according to the FIVA rules, the modifications were made "in period", i.e. at a time when the car was still on the road as normal.
