No one is too small to be an off-road vehicle fan
50 years ago, the range of off-road vehicles on offer was still clear. There was the Jeep and the Land Rover. And these early all-terrain, all-purpose vehicles obviously already had their fan base. This probably included the four-year-old Crown Prince Abullah of Jordan.
A scaled-down version of the Land Rover was made especially for him at the factory in Solihull. The mini Land Rover with a wheelbase of 112 cm was powered by an electric motor, which gave it a top speed of around 20 km/h. And of course, the special Land Rover was also thoroughly tested, namely by Andrew Wilk, the son of Rover director Wilk. We see him on the test drive, during which he certainly checked the functionality of the lighting equipment and the built-in instruments.
