Houses live longer than car brands

In 1966, the car import company J.H.Keller AG opened its new center at Vulkanstrasse 120 in Zurich-Altstätten, housed in a modern building. 50 years later, the building still stands in the same place, only slightly altered, but none of the car brands that were sold back then have survived.
In fact, the family company had to adapt time and again to the changing conditions in the automotive environment.
It was on June 2, 1933 that Heinz Keller founded Sportcar AG, which would later be renamed J.H.Keller AG and a little later J.H.Keller AG Automobile.
The company "Sportcar AG". Imported and sold the MG brand of sports cars throughout Switzerland and took over the sub-agency of Morris and Riley.
After the Second World War, the company "Sportcar AG" was transformed into the company J.H.Keller AG in June 1947 and the first showroom was opened at Bahnhofstrasse 1. A decisive step into the future was the purchase of the property at Vulkanstrasse 120 in June 1951.
In the 1970s, J.H.Keller AG took over the import and representation of the American Motors Corporation, with the Gremlin, Pacer and Javelin models. In addition, representation of the Honda brand was taken over in 1976 and Jeep from 1977.
With the takeover of AMC/Jeep by Chrysler in 1988, J.H.Keller AG became an A-dealer for Chrysler and Jeep. At Vulkanstrasse 120, everything was under one roof, also thanks to continuous building extensions. A few years ago, J.H.Keller AG, which had long since passed from Heinz Keller to his descendants, took over sales and service for the Skoda and Seat brands.
Does the Keller family also mourn the disappearance of the MG, Morris, Wolseley and Riley brands (at least for us)?
