Roaring engines in London
02/20/2016
The Classic Car Show has been taking place in London since the day before yesterday and will continue to generate a lot of interest in the financial capital until Sunday (January 21, 2016), especially as it is 100% bigger than the first edition last year.
Many VIP guests such as Gordon Murray, Bruno Senna, Ari Vatanen, David Richard and Jensen Button are on their way to take a look at some classic cars. Jody Scheckter was also spotted taking a very close look at some of the cars.
Otherwise, most of the visitors come from the city, and the admission prices are not modest either.
Large dealers, restorers and all kinds of other service providers and specialists show off their latest wares. The atmosphere is characterized by the typical British mix of elegance and exoticism, all presented with class. And without fear of the modern.
One of the main attractions is, of course, the "Grand Avenue", a sort of runway strip that divides the first hall in the middle and is used by all kinds of hot vehicles from McLaren F1s to Nissan Skylines.
For the exhibitor, this will have a negative impact on business for some time, as it will no longer be possible to hold serious discussions, but for the visitor and fan, the driving demos are certainly the icing on the cake.
