A windshield for passengers?

Anyone who has ever ridden in the rear seats of a conventional convertible at high speeds knows how the wind can shake you. The turbulence is particularly high in the rear seats and you get the impression that it is coming from all sides.
Car manufacturers recognized this problem early on and also offered rear passengers appropriate wind protection, such as the Hispano Suiza H6 B Dual Cowl Tourer from 1926, which we were able to photograph at the Rétromobile in Paris .
However, the guests sitting in the back had to do without windshield wipers and the space was not too opulent either.
