We like to think that everything (some things) used to be better. But even 60 years ago, you couldn 't just park anywhere - despite the generally low number of vehicles. And if you did, you were towed away, just like today. However, the sensation caused by the towing process was somewhat greater back then than it is today. This happened and was documented in photographs in Buenos Aires in 1953.
