Almost like Kenya in winter

One participant in this year's Planai Classic 2018 certainly knows sand and dust much better than snow and ice. The "dog bone escort" had already taken part in the Kenya Rally.
The attractive car in excellent condition felt just as comfortable on snow as it did in the steppes and savannahs of Africa.
But none of us knew that people also ski in Kenya. The black woman with the eye-catching pointed cap was wearing a thick down jacket with the words "Kenya Ski Team" on it and she was delighted to see the local rally car.
She joined the spectators at the last and all-important special stage in the parking lot of the Planai cable car valley station in Schladming. Maybe we'll see her from the front at the award ceremony for the women's slalom at the Winter Olympics in Korea ...
