Ho Ho Ho, the party's on!

Just how much fun an evening can be when the right people get together was demonstrated recently at the "Allmendhüsli" restaurant in Stans. The restaurant belongs to ex-F1 team owner and sports car team world champion Walter Brun (top right in the first picture). Music has always been his second, or third, or perhaps fourth passion in his exciting life. Brun was not only extremely fast back then, but also extremely rhythmic to this day. Whether saxophone or clarinet, as soon as he blows, things really get going.
Jo Vonlanthen, a real GP driver, joined the motley crew. He briefly entertained the whole place with a speech and it was packed to the rafters.
Max Welti was also there as another Swiss motorsport authority. After his career as a racing driver, Max was the team manager of Sauber for many years.
With lots of music and even more good sayings and stories from the good old days, the evening got longer and longer.
It was just a shame that the alarm clock woke me up at four o'clock the next morning, just three minutes later. Unfortunately, the plane to London didn't want to wait for me ...
