Windshield wiper blades are known to be subject to a certain amount of wear and tear. Today, the expensive high-tech elements are simply replaced; in the sixties, people were much more economical. An innovative company invented a grinder for windshield wiper blades! You simply dragged it over the rubber edges and sanded off a layer so that they were as good as new again, as recommended by Hobby magazine at the time.
The practical device was supplemented by a cleaning brush and a nozzle cleaning needle for the car wash. And all this was available at a price of DM 4.75 from "Neho-Versand GmbH" in Seeheim.
