"Value for money" (a lot of car for the money)

A few days ago we received an email from an American dealer. A Bentley S2 from 1962 is being offered (in the USA), chassis B195LAA. This is apparently a rare Radford version with a built-in picnic table and air conditioning in the rear.
In addition, the car is left-hand drive and obviously drivable, although some work may be necessary to restore it to its former glory and reliability.
What is surprising, however, is the price of USD 32,500 (equivalent to around EUR 29,700 or CHF 28,600) that Gullwing Motor Cars is communicating. At first glance at least, this seems to be very little money for this impressive and rare vehicle. I can still remember the days when Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars were the most expensive at all auctions. Tempi passati. But they are still great classics ...
