Very attractive variety of models

This group photo of seven camping caravans is a wonderful document. It shows not only the Renault range from 1976, but also that of the French caravan manufacturer Digue & Cie from Paris. And just like the products of the Régie Nationale, the homely sheet metal products with the gray-green stripe are sorted hierarchically.
The Renault 4 L pulls the entry-level Digue 300 L; the flagships of the two companies combine to form the R 30 and 500 GS. In between, Renault 5, 14, 12, 16 and 20 are each in front of a caravan in their weight class. Depending on displacement and power, they pull a 365 CL, 390 CBA, 400 GS, 450 GS or a 490 CBA.
Experts in seventies camping will have noticed that the 365 LPA is missing. Whereas car connoisseurs will only be surprised by the absence of the corresponding towing vehicle: the Renault 6.
