People today can hardly imagine that anymore. Red was once one of the most popular colors for cars. Sporty vehicles in particular were often ordered in red, including Porsche. But the picture is not that old, it was taken almost exactly 30 years ago, when the brand-new 964s were ready for collection by the dealers at Porsche.
If you wanted to take the same picture today, you would probably have to assume gray, black or possibly white vehicles, although there are still Porsche buyers today who want a red sports car. But they are buying less and less ...
