Rare Alfa Romeo stolen before the Mille Miglia

An Alfa Romeo owner who wanted to take part in this year's Mille Miglia with his 6C 2500 Touring was in for a nasty surprise. Even before the start, the car was stolen from the hotel parking lot in a closed trailer.
Hopefully the Alfa can be found again soon. We will be happy to pass on any useful information. The car is chassis 915.125 with engine 923.935 and touring body 2653. The registration number on the car is AH-25-39. The trailer bears the registration number 48-WD-JN.
