The iconic Austin Healey Sprite sports cars, which are very popular in Australia, are already here.
They are all lined up nicely in a row. While the new V6 turbo racing cars are being prepared in the pit lane for the upcoming Formula 1 training session for the Australian Grand Prix this Friday, the Healeys are parked on the grass next to the V8 star paddock in bright sunshine.
As every year, various clubs enjoy special parking spaces, creating a weekend museum around the race track in Melbourne's Albert Park, which probably fascinates some racegoers even more than the whispering new Formula 1 cars.
