This picture from Tuscany initially looks like something from the 1960s. Various models from Lancia Fulvia to Fiat 1500 Spider, Alfa Romeo 1750 and Volkswagen Cabriolet are loaded onto a transporter. But wait, the vehicles on the right are clearly from the modern era, as is the "maximum 80 km/h" sticker on the van.
I wonder if a classic car dealer in Tuscany has provided supplies? Or is it a movie set in the late 1960s that needs to be kitted out? Or is it the preparations for a classic car rally?
We don't know, but we are delighted that so many utility cars from the past have made the leap to classic cars of today... and we would like to thank the reader who sent us this wonderful photo.
