The other attractions at the Le Mans Classic

Of course, most people come to the Sarthe for the unique atmosphere and the former Le Mans racing cars. They come for the thrilling races offered by six fields of cars.
But there are many other attractions surrounding the event, such as the one-make clubs and their impressive car fields. Hardly ever before or since have you seen so many Alpine A110s (and A310s and and), and the Porsche field is also impressive.
The carrot for the brand fans is a drive on the Le Mans circuit, as TVR, Alpine, Jaguar, Aston Martin and, of course, drivers from other brands are allowed to do laps on the famous Le Mans circuit for a few hours. However, they have to line up in front of it and wait quite a while for their turn. But the smiling faces are proof that it's great fun.
There are also a number of other attractions, such as a Mercedes SL parade, a tribute to Carroll Shelby and many other things.
